Cube Test

1 comment:

  1. The cube is about 8x8 yards. It's color is smokey gray. The color is a bit foggy. It makes the cube look mysterious in a way. The cube is about 2 miles away from me. It's kind of transparent. By squinting your eyes, you notice that there's a ball of light floating in the center. The cube isn't that big compared to the open space of the dessert. As you walk closer to the cube you notice the beginning of a ladder that leads to the cube. The ladder is a dingy brown thats wearing off. It's made of wood. The ladder looks gloomy; kind of freaky but at the same time makes you want to take that one step up the ladder. The distance between the cube and the ladder is about 5 yards. The ladder is located the middle of the dessert, and ending at the cube. Has 500 steps. It's made out of wood; but you can tell by looking at the steps that after one step it's gonna break. It's leaning against the cube. And still getting closer to the ladder and cube, you hear n animal noise. You look to your left and see nothing, turn to your right and see a horse. You think it's weird because its unusual for a horse to be in the dessert..but then you think to yourself "I'm following a cube that's in the sky that has a ladder coming out of it". The black horse with white socks starts to gallop in place for a little while. The horse is 5 feet away from the ladder on the right side of it. The horse has no saddle on it, and not even tied up..as though it has no owner. It's alone, sad, scared. As the horse was scared, it sensed that a storm was coming. Small gray clouds began to cover the sand. Shortly after that rain started to pour down. As the droplets of rain touched my skin, I felt a slight relief of coolness that I was so longing for. The hairs on the back of my neck then started to rise, and goosebumps began to show on my arms while the wind slowly started to regress. When the storm settled, I began to miss that soothing feeling of awe. While continuing my walk towards the ladder, I notice from the corner of my eye a color speck. Getting closer to e speck I notice that it's a yellow lily. It's right in front of the ladder. The lily looks healthy, as though its been watered daily. It's yellow color is so bright as though its full of life. I picked up the flower and placed behind my ear. I turn around and behind me and see nothing. Just sand dunes and empty space. Then I look back at the ladder. Then at the cube with the floating light in the center. But something's different, the ball of light is making stronger light rays then before. As though the light wants to escape and just simply shine.
